INTRODUCTION

Over the summer of 2024, while continuing my work as a freelance graphic designer and digital artist, I took on a new challenge, as I focused on upcycling and repurposing garments, which aligned with my interest in sustainable design. This was a new experience for me, and I learned many things along the way. I explored the process of creating a cohesive collection and designing garments to portray an idea or vision. I ended up making twelve pieces, trying to find a balance between planning and spontaneity. I also learned about the importance of branding and how to create a unified theme throughout the collection. This experience taught me about time management and the value of quality over quantity, emphasizing the importance of attention to detail in my work.
